Terms of Use
Last updated 7 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of the website at ai3ddental.com.au and ai3dprinting.com.au, and any courses, events, workshops, study clubs, or other services made available through the site (the “Services”) by AI3D Dental Pty Ltd (ABN 95 665 013 427) (“Ai3D”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a place on an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old. Our courses and events are designed for dental professionals (dentists, prosthetists, dental assistants, technicians, students) and people working in adjacent fields. You are responsible for any account you create.
2. Educational content, not clinical advice
Reviews, articles, videos, courses, and event content are educational and reflect the opinions and clinical experience of the author at the time of publication. They are not a substitute for your own clinical judgment, manufacturer instructions, or local regulatory requirements. You remain responsible for the care of your patients and the outcomes of any technique, material, equipment, or workflow you choose to apply.
3. Bookings, payment, and refunds
When you book a place on an event or buy a course, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
Cancellation and refund terms for events:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date receive a full refund less any non-recoverable third-party fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event date receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future event of equal value.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another eligible attendee with our written approval.
- If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund or, at your option, credit toward a future event.
Digital products (recordings, downloadable resources) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited (at our choice) to re-supplying the relevant Service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, images, video, course materials, the Ai3D mark, and the layout and design of the site — is owned by Ai3D or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and download content for your own non-commercial use. You must not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or use our content to train machine learning models without our prior written consent.
6. Your content
If you submit feedback, questions, comments, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content to operate and promote the Services. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that breaches any law or regulation.
- Attempt to access areas of the site that are not intended for you.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the site, scrape it at scale, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your professional qualifications.
8. Third-party links and products
We discuss and review third-party hardware, software, and materials. Links to third-party sites are for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Services, including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
